Who We Need
The Gameday Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all aspects of events and games at all venues in North Carolina. This role involves assisting with event setup, supporting in-game logistics, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown, including signage, equipment, merchandise stands, and fan zones. Coordinate staff deployment and zone coverage for ingress and egress times of the event. Monitor and respond to operational needs during the event, such as staff needs, traffic flow, and overall gameday operations. Support onsite operations, employee standards, traffic, zone setup and ensure all areas are event ready. Assist with check-in processes for staff, while all gameday standards are being met. Collaborate with onsite operations, first responders, and guests to ensure a positive fan experience. Act as a point of contact for employees, operational team, and first responders during events. Ensure compliance with safety and emergency protocols, reporting any issues to the operations team. Provide excellent customer service to fans, staff, and visitors. Assist with game presentation elements, including pre-game, halftime, and post-game activities.
Ideal Candidate Skills
Parking gameday/event experience. Familiarity with sports venue and gameday operations. Must be able to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Excellent customer service. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to solve problems independently Ability to maintain a positive attitude in difficult situations
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree but not required. Equivalent experience considered Five years of related experience including supervisory experience.
