Solutions Architect (Box Consulting - Public Sector)

As our needs grow more sophisticated, we seek to expand our Technology Consulting team with more technical and consultative expertise to solve complex challenges using thought leadership and domain knowledge. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Solutions Architect, you will work within the Customer Success organization and the Box Consulting team to define and build complex solutions for our clients. You will ensure customer satisfaction while promoting Box's solutions, building and maintaining relationships, and driving platform adoption. Your daily tasks may include advising on application design, migration strategies, or integrations with other systems. WHO YOU ARE You are a technologist passionate about applying technology to solve problems, a trusted advisor, and a collaborative team player. You have experience with programming languages like Python, Java, .NET, Visualforce, Node.js, and understand REST APIs and JSON. You can communicate complex technical ideas effectively to various stakeholders and have a strong background in system architecture, enterprise content management, and cloud solutions.
