Available shifts: 2nd shift: 12:00pm - 10:30pm 3rd shift: 11:00 pm 7:30 am Full time, Onsite Pay rate: $27-$28 per hour DOE Looking to make a difference in the lives of young people and be part of an amazing and growing mental health team? Join us at Embark at our Short-term Residential Treatment Program in San Martin, where Behavioral Health Associates offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families. Serving teen girls and boys (gender fluid) ages 12 17, experiencing and struggling with school refusal, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, suicidal ideation and other mental health issues. Pre-teens and teens reside at our Residential Treatment Center in our comfortable family-style residence, where community and interpersonal relationships are fostered and encouraged. Responsibilities

Mentor/coach/train our Behavioral Health Associates Ensure healthy program culture and norms Minimize risks and maintain resident and staff safety Build upon and optimize systems and processes Create and present trainings to residential counselors Ensure room searches are completed and documented Maintain attendance record Maintain staffing ratios Ensure client requests are timely responded to Ensure JCAHO guideline documentation is timely completed Ensure house achieves "tour ready" status Perform Fire /earthquake drills monthly Develop schedule for staffing monthly Attend treatment meetings weekly/documentation Housekeeping items as needed (dish washing, laundry, etc.) Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred, but not required. 21+ years of age or older Able to pass pre-employment drug screen Able to pass criminal investigation background check Current driver's license Ability to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships. Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid. Skilled in de-escalating agitated students. Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
