Order Processor (Centralized Processing)

STARK is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our Centralized Processing team. This is a great opportunity for design industry enthusiasts to start their careers with one of the biggest names in the field.
The incumbent will be a key part of our operations, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all orders, ensuring a seamless experience for our Account Managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process all orders within one business day of submission. Enter data into our system, and write and manage purchase orders Verify and cross-check order details to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy before processing. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or missing information, following up on order status with the mill to ensure all orders are on track. Provide clear and timely updates to Account Managers regarding order status, outstanding issues, or required clarifications. Respond to all inquiries related to orders. Monitor and manage all order-related activity within HubSpot to ensure complete recordkeeping, transparency, and accurate tracking of sales processes. Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to Sales Operations leadership to support coaching and process enhancements. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned. Job Requirements
Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments. Must possess strong communication, organizational, computer, and analytical skills. Strong math skills are required. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with proven data entry capabilities. A degree is preferred, with a minimum of one year of professional experience.
