Remote – Central or Eastern Time Zone Preferred Position Overview: The Affiliate Marketing Manager oversees Quill's affiliate program, managing day-to-day operations, executing campaigns, and maintaining partner relationships to drive customer acquisition and program growth. This role manages a $5M annual budget, ensuring campaigns align with strategy, deliver measurable ROI, and foster strong affiliate partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Quill's affiliate marketing program through campaign execution, partner management, and performance tracking.

Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partners while strengthening relationships with existing ones.

Maintain promotional assets, program documentation, and partner-facing materials.

Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion, ROI) to identify trends, resolve issues, and recommend optimizations.

Oversee affiliate agency deliverables, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.

Support offer development and marketing tactics to drive incremental performance.

Prepare reports, summaries, and partnership documentation for internal and external use.

Ensure compliance with program terms by monitoring affiliate activity.

Track budgets, process invoices, and ensure spend alignment.

Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends and apply insights to improve execution.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.

3 years general marketing experience, with at least 3 years direct affiliate marketing management.

Proven ability to manage six-figure monthly budgets and deliver measurable ROI.

Experience with major affiliate platforms (e.g., Commission Junction, Impact, Partnerize).

Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROI, LTV) and attribution.

Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) for budget tracking and analysis.

Strong organizational, project management, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B or multi-channel retail environments.

Exposure to advanced affiliate partnerships beyond coupons (content, hybrid, value-based).

Experience working with external agencies.

Knowledge of affiliate compliance and enforcement practices.
