Territory Service Manager

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Territory Service Manager will be an individual with exceptional organizational skills, a high level of technical aptitude, effective communication skills, and comfort with administrative functions. This person will act as the eyes and ears in the field, reporting back to corporate on product specifics, customer feedback, etc. Additionally, you will:
Recruit and manage a network of independent Contract Service Centers (CSC). Negotiate labor and travel rates with each center and for training employees of Contract Service Centers. Respond quickly to and communicate clearly with the Sales team within territory boundaries. Provide a high level of support to sales efforts. Occasionally troubleshoot product problems at customer locations. Coordinate with the Service Department at Corporate to ensure CSC rates are accurate and contracts are up to date. Identify product problems and report them to Corporate in a timely manner. Handle homeowner, builder, and service company complaints in the field as required. Develop and conduct both classroom and in-field training for dealers and warranty centers to promote proper installation and troubleshooting of pool equipment. Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and maintenance for jobsite needs, training events, and tradeshows. WHAT WE SEEK
5+ years’ experience with mechanical equipment installation and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Effective business writing skills, including routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and volumes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. Pool industry experience is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. EDUCATION
High School Diploma preferred.
Certified Pool Operator certification is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER
