Social Media Coordinator
helps expand our digital footprint and oversees our social communication efforts. They develop and implement content strategies tailored to various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and affinity. The coordinator maximizes customer engagement with our products and services, helping us achieve our annual goals. Job Responsibilities
Organize, implement, and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and overall social media strategy, providing insights and recommendations; define KPIs Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content improvements Foster community interaction, respond to queries, moderate discussions, and engage with industry professionals and influencers to build a strong network Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and oversee social media content Collaborate with and mentor junior team members on social media best practices and tools Ensure compliance with legal standards and adherence to brand voice and guidelines; create informative and appealing content Initiate and manage innovative campaigns and collaborations to increase brand visibility Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships to expand reach and credibility Optimize content for different social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in social media coordination and content strategy Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other platforms CRM and email marketing experience is a plus Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking Experience with audience and buyer persona research Knowledge of social media KPIs Familiarity with web design and publishing Excellent time management and multitasking skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to collaborate across teams Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred Compensation includes salary plus performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
