The Role: Revenue Enablement System Administrator (HighSpot) Coupa seeks a HighSpot Administrator experienced in digital tool development and management. The ideal candidate will have expertise with sales-focused SaaS tools like HighSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role involves managing our revenue enablement content and training platform, HighSpot, within the Global Revenue Enablement team, part of our Global Education & Enablement team. The administrator will collaborate across business levels, analyze data, and report insights to leadership. Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize HighSpot for content sharing and organization. Work with revenue enablement leads to align HighSpot with business strategies. Create and maintain content such as presentations and playbooks. Train teams to enhance productivity and revenue outcomes. Analyze platform data for engagement and improvement opportunities. Coordinate with support teams to ensure system integration and support. Qualifications:
Over 4 years in revenue enablement or related fields, with experience in platforms like HighSpot. Degree or equivalent experience. Hands-on HighSpot administration skills. Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC. Strong communication and training skills. Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, organized.
