We are looking for a
Sr.Tech Manager, SAP Integration Suite
who will join our team. As a Senior Tech Manager of SAP Integration Suite you will provide thought leadership about how we design and run both SAP and Non-SAP based middleware integration solutions, harnessing the power of SAP's modern capabilities with both ECC and S/4 HANA systems. You will work with our business functions who run SAP each day and proactively identify improvement opportunities available to our business, from our SAP systems. You will mentor our IT middleware team on middleware-based integrations, both on our existing SAP systems and especially with our future S/4 HANA based systems. You will support the relationship between Business teams and SAP Technology teams to ensure we are bringing to life the improved outcomes desired by implementing new technology solutions. This role requires someone with deep expertise in implementation of integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, including API Management, Integration Advisor and Open Connectors for both SAP and Non-SAP systems. This role requires someone who has first hand experiences implementing middleware solutions using SAP Integration Suite. Finally, this role requires someone who is strong at both verbal and written communication, as our Senior Tech Managers will need to effectively translate complex SAP terminology into intuitive, business focused messages that our users can gravitate to well. In this role you will: Strategic Planning and Thought Leadership: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, including API Management, Integration Advisor and Open Connectors for both SAP and Non-SAP systems. - Drive SAP Integration Suite migration initiatives, transitioning from Mulesoft integrations to SAP IS cloud-based platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimized performance. - Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors, to define and document integration requirements and solution designs. - Offer subject-matter expertise and guidance on best practices for integration, focusing on SOA, EAI, and modern integration patterns. - Document integration solutions, strategies, and frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational practices. - Stay up to date with the latest SAP integration technologies and trends, proactively recommending improvements and new approaches.
Project Management and Execution: - Develop high level roadmaps, in partnership with business teams and technology teams, focused on improving SAP-based Integration processes - Partner with SAP Technology delivery teams, and support implementation of new SAP capabilities around integration solutions
Team Development and Mentorship: - Partner with other SAP technical and functional team along with the middleware team members to create a robust integration process. - Build a strong team to explore and support ongoing and upcoming Integration plans and roadmaps
What you’ll need to be successful: - Bachelor's Degree, Business or Management Information Systems - 4 - 7 Years of experience preferred - Requires extensive experience in one of SAP's Integration Suite a.ka. Cloud Platform Integration. -Over 10 years of experience required, as an SAP Integration specialist using IS/CPI or other middleware technologies such as PI/PO or SAP XI. -Requires 2-3 years experience working with S/4 HANA Integrations. -Requires extensive experience working within the front lines of a business operational team, helping those teams adopt SAP-based processes and helping to improve how SAP is used each day. -Proven track record influencing others, at multiple levels of an organization, demonstrating the ability to tailor communications to the right audience level. -Experience effectively mentoring others, focused on SAP-based processes, is essential. - Expert in SAP Integration Suite - Setup and Configurations (Both SAP and non-SAP systems) - Expert in Service Oriented Architecture, EAI and modern integration patterns - Strong ability to document, communicate and coach SAP-based integration process capabilities
The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $156,900.00 - $184,600.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
