Job Description: What you’ll do: · Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to support the flawless delivery of multiple projects. · Assist in the definition of project scope, involving all relevant internal stakeholders. · Assist in developing project schedules and managing changes to schedules over the course of a project. · Track project progress; report on project health; escalate issues as needed. · Manage stakeholder communications; track and communicate needed actions (e.g. meeting notes, status reports). · Identify, manage, and communicate risks. · Create and maintain detailed project documentation. · Develop and update detailed project plans. · Manage project assets.
Who you are: · 5-7 years’ experience working as a project manager in a matrixed business environment, ideally in ecommerce/digital retail. · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Experience managing multiple priorities and a diverse range of tasks. · Strong project and process management skills. · Solution-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills. · Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong multi-tasking ability. · Ability to work independently; able to successfully operate in areas of ambiguity; self-starter and quick learner; calm and efficient under pressure. · Versatile and able to prioritize multiple initiatives against multiple deadlines. · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. · Experience with project management software tools. · Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
