Remote - US Interested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states: Arizona , California , Colorado , Indiana , Massachusetts , Minnesota , New York , Oregon , Pennsylvania , Texas , Utah , Washington The Role The Sr. Merchandising Manager, UGG Men’s FW, NA Marketplace is responsible for creating, leading, executing, and communicating the strategic Merchandising vision across DTC & WHSL channels of distribution. This role is pivotal in driving a consumer-led product & assortment strategy aligned to brand & commercial strategic priorities, while meeting or exceeding regional and category financial targets. You will ensure that both DTC & WHSL channels offer a balanced mix of carryover & new product that aligns with the brand’s consumer targets. Additionally, you will own DTC exclusive & tiering as well as WHSL segmentation and differentiation strategies. We celebrate diversity--of your background, your experiences and your unique identity. Your Impact Create, lead, execute, and communicate the NA Marketplace strategic merchandising vision for UGG Men’s Footwear. Partner with Global & Regional Planning teams on long-range, seasonal plans across key milestones. Deliver seasonal Marketplace regional line opportunity, leveraging consumer & marketplace-led insights. Optimize seasonal assortments, building a 3-year product roadmap, key item and franchise strategy. Drive & execute DTC exclusive & tiering & WHSL exclusive, segmentation & differentiation strategy. Collaborate with regional Planning partners to improve & evolve seasonal business updates. Coach & develop the team with a focus on analytical capabilities, leveraging data & consumer insights. Partner with E-Commerce, Retail, Marketing, and WHSL to ensure flawless execution of all brand & regional strategies. Lead the team in preparation & organization for key UGG milestones. Attend Consensus & Buy Review meetings to drive investment decisions. Partner with Allocation to optimize inventory across all channels of distribution. Identify aligned Marketplace MAP break strategy & exit strategy for slow sellers. Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree 10-12+ years Merchandising or Buying experience 8+ years direct report management DTC & WHSL experience preferred Footwear experience preferred Product & business (retail math) acumen Expert understanding of retail analytics & KPIs Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform forward-looking short & long-range strategy Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint Proven track record of delivering financial results Excellent communication & presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Team player & advocate for the team Strong ability to train, coach, mentor, & develop the team Ability to set clear priorities, foster cohesion, & motivate the team Positive attitude, responsible approach, & a self-starter Lead by example & willing to dive into the details Able to partner & influence across a matrixed organization Able to develop & maintain strong working relationships with peers & cross-functional teams Proactive, action-oriented, & forward-looking Ability to manage change with agility Passion for product Required to travel 15% - 20% annually What We'll Give You Competitive Pay and Bonuses
