$122,100.00 - $219,800.00 Job Description Essential Functions and Responsibilities: P&L ownership experience with managing over $X,XXX,XXX, focusing on contribution margins and student growth. Program management and marketing experience in launching and operating educational programs using data-driven insights. Foster a culture of experimentation, measurement, and learning from data to improve student services. Lead a diverse team including program managers, faculty, and student coaches. Communicate effectively to promote teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving. Adjust messaging to different audiences and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals, build trust, and recognize contributions. Manage ambiguity and change effectively, making decisions with incomplete information when necessary. Drive results with a focus on outcomes, persisting through obstacles and fostering continuous improvement. Build and lead effective, diverse teams, establishing shared objectives and fostering a collaborative environment. Learn quickly from new challenges, experiment with solutions, and extract lessons from failures. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience in online higher education and curriculum development. Proven success in change management and structuring complex projects. Physical Requirements: Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
