Securitization / Structured Finance Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Finance & Derivatives Attorney for a premier law firm in New York. The position is open to mid-level to senior associates or special counsels (class of 2019 and above) with deep expertise in securitization, structured finance, and asset-backed lending. Key Responsibilities : Independently manage and lead complex securitization and structured finance transactions. Advise clients on a wide range of asset-backed lending matters. Negotiate and draft transaction documents, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Requirements : JD from a top law school. Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in. At least 5 years of experience in securitization, structured finance, or related areas. Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships. Why Apply?
