As an Associate Director of Operations within our Device and Packaging Network, you will execute strategies, inspire innovation, and collaborate with leadership to drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities Mentor, coach, and recognize team members to foster growth and meet business needs. Support strategic planning, track performance, and ensure resource adequacy. Lead safety and quality culture, review GMP documentation, and ensure compliance. Provide technical support for manufacturing issues and champion continuous improvement. Develop processes to enhance efficiency using lean tools. Manage resources, build a diverse organization, and support device assembly and packaging areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive alignment and resolve issues. Develop and communicate performance metrics; lead safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives. Foster innovation and creativity within the team. Ensure regulatory compliance, support site inspections, and interact with regulatory agencies. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. 5+ years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industry. 3+ years leadership experience with successful team development. Preferred Qualifications Experience in device assembly and/or packaging. Knowledge of cGMP in medical device manufacturing. Understanding of FDA, DEKRA, OSHA requirements. Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels. Occasional travel; PPE required on manufacturing floor. Experience with deviation and change management systems like Trackwise.
