S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) offers a revolutionary, mission-driven opportunity for select business development partners. We provide a pathway for families to build generational wealth through multi-million dollar real estate portfolios. Your role is to find potential clients and invite them to a presentation.
The Role: You are a Catalyst for Curiosity Forget traditional sales. You don't close deals; you open doors. Use your network and your ability to create intrigue to secure attendance at a one-hour executive presentation. Our senior team handles closing. Your success is measured by your ability to generate qualified audiences.
The Reality Check: This is a High-Stakes, High-Reward Partnership This is a W-2, 100% commission-based role with no base salary. Your income depends on your performance. You must generate at least 40 qualified presentation attendees per month to stay active. This role is suited for self-starters who thrive on autonomy and uncapped potential.
The Rewards
6-Figure+ Income:
Earn commissions ($1,000–$5,000 per sale)
Back-End Commissions:
Build legacy with commissions paid upon project completion
Leadership Opportunities:
Top performers can advance to Regional Sales Director with increased income potential
