The
Director of Sales, Supply Chain
is a key leadership position responsible for the comprehensive sales strategy and profitable growth of our Supply Chain business unit. This role focuses on developing and executing a rolling 2-year sales strategy to drive significant market conversion and annual growth that supports long-term growth objectives. You will translate high-level objectives into actionable plans for the sales team, with a specific focus on expanding category-based growth and scaling our account and enterprise business. You will also ensure the continuous development of the sales team to maximize our solution offerings and capture a leading market position. Location:
Hybrid – Must reside within 90 minutes of a Rehrig Pacific manufacturing facility Reports to:

Drive aggressive growth and market share expansion across targeted industry segments. Scale & Enterprise Accounts:
Build strategic relationships and uncover long-term opportunities through consultative, solution-based selling. Drive Category-Based Growth:
Identify new market opportunities and tailor go-to-market strategies to secure leadership. Forecast & Manage Pipeline:
Ensure disciplined pipeline management and accurate revenue projections. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and more to align strategy and execution. Inspire & Develop Talent:
Coach and mentor a geographically dispersed sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. What you should bring: Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth across small, medium, and large enterprise accounts. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a multi-year sales strategy that achieves aggressive growth targets. Experience with CRM systems and sales operations processes (Salesforce experience is a plus). Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a geographically dispersed sales team Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Minimum 40% travel, which may include air travel.
