Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and execution-driven Vice President of Ecommerce to lead the operational side of their online grocery business. This role will oversee the migration eCommerce platforms, optimize in-store fulfillment using UpShop, and develop end-to-end processes for order accuracy, substitutions, and department-specific execution. The VP will also address long-standing product image and content challenges, manage multiple vendor integrations, and ensure seamless alignment between e-commerce, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
While not a marketing campaign creator, the ideal candidate understands how e-commerce operations integrate with marketing initiatives to deliver a cohesive customer experience. This is an on-site role in Florida with occasional travel to stores for training and operational oversight.
