This Position reports to: Project Operations Manager Your Role And Responsibilities
Implement sales support strategy for designated area in accordance with the global support strategy, focusing on contract and risk management. Manage proposals and contracts, including sales policies, campaigns, and agency agreements. Oversee the contract management process, standards for bidding, negotiations, and documentation. Develop best practices for documentation and risk review preparation. Contracts Management: Support sales team with contract preparation, administration, and compliance. Ensure proper data entry and secure storage. Develop standards for contracts and sales policies. Conduct strategy meetings, facilitate pricing discussions, and draft contractual provisions. Serve as primary contact during negotiations, engaging stakeholders on legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain deadlines and communicate contractual issues to stakeholders. Review contractual performance for compliance and conflicts. Risks Management: Report operational risks to senior management. Identify and evaluate risk areas, investigate root causes, and support mitigation. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, address issues promptly, and maintain risk documentation. This role contributes to BL Excitation/PAEN/Project Management in China. Qualifications For The Role
Bachelor's degree or above. Over 5 years of experience in international trade or contract management. SAP experience in sales; SFDC is a plus. Knowledge of contract terms, financials, international trade, and customs rules is preferred. Fluent English (spoken and written). Excellent communication, cooperation, and influencing skills with diverse customers. What’s in it for you?
