The purpose of the National Air Logistics Operations Optimization Management is to optimize and harmonize the way of working in the national Air Logistics Operations by implementing practical solutions across processes, systems, KNGS, and other methods. The focus is on initiatives that positively impact Air Logistics Service Delivery and Operational Production Cost. How You Create Impact
Visit operational departments regularly to review workflows and implement improvements. Implement practical solutions that optimize operations in line with global standards. Collaborate with managers and teams to achieve objectives. Lead Operations Optimization Projects, including concept development, validation, implementation, and success management. Act as the interface for relevant teams and drive process improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Product Management, or similar. Master's Degree in the same fields is preferred. Minimum of 2 years project management experience. Extensive knowledge of Air Logistics services and operations. Proficiency with KN Air Logistics systems (SALOG, BPA, CareLOG, etc.). Strong project management and analytical skills. Positive attitude, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills. Change management mindset and attention to detail. What We Offer
