A Day in the Life Product Marketing Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing programs to drive U.S. adoption and usage of assigned
Electrophysiology (EP)
products and technologies.
Oversee inventory planning, including quarterly and yearly forecasting, while minimizing obsolescence.
Act as a point of expertise for product information, target markets, and competitors—gather competitive intelligence and execute competitive campaigns to grow market share in the
EP space .
Create and manage detailed product management plans, including promotional activities and sales initiatives, to advance the value proposition of Medtronic's EP technologies.
Manage capital programs and pathways, tracking and analyzing performance metrics to ensure success.
Collaborate with other marketing personnel to keep marketing channels updated and aligned with the needs of the EP market.
Campaign Coordination Develop campaign objectives, priorities, messaging, content, and key metrics tailored to the
EP market and stakeholders .
Direct integrated marketing plans and ensure seamless execution.
Develop, organize, and support engaging assets and content to drive thought leadership in the field of electrophysiology.
Manage project budgets and maintain control of spending to maximize ROI.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including
EP healthcare providers, industry experts, and internal teams .
Must-Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, OR
An advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of
electrophysiology (EP)
or related medical technologies.
Nice to Have 5+ years of experience in product or brand marketing within the
MedTech space , with direct experience in
EP technologies
or cardiac-related devices.
Deep understanding of the clinical and technical aspects of electrophysiology and its application in healthcare.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex EP concepts into clear marketing strategies.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends specific to electrophysiology.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for
EP market visits, customer engagement, and internal meetings .
Differentiating Factors Autonomy A seasoned individual contributor with expertise in electrophysiology, working independently under limited supervision to determine and develop solutions.
Organizational Impact Responsible for entire projects or processes within the EP product area. Plays a key role in achieving work group objectives by building relationships and driving consensus to reach agreements.
Innovation and Complexity Tackles complex problems requiring a deep understanding of electrophysiology and related specialties.
Provides in-depth analysis and recommendations for process improvements to enhance performance in the EP market.
Communication and Influence Communicates effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders in the EP field.
Exchanges critical information—facts, statuses, ideas, and issues—to influence decision-making and achieve objectives.
Required Knowledge and Experience Advanced knowledge of product marketing and management within the
EP space , combining breadth and depth of expertise.
Practical experience in project management is a plus.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$132,800.00 - $199,200.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance , Health Savings Account , Healthcare Flexible Spending Account , Life insurance, Long-term disability leave , Dependent daycare spending account , Tuition assistance/reimbursement , and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
