Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Atlanta, GA. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure products meet required standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting inspections, monitoring compliance, managing quality control teams, and coordinating with other departments to address quality-related issues. The role also involves continuous improvements to processes and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring Ability to manage and lead quality control teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Familiarity with industry certifications such as SQF Level II Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing or production industry is a plus Seniority level
