We are seeking a
Credit Card Lead
to oversee the end-to-end development of an innovative new card product. This individual will report to the General Manager for SoFi Credit Cards and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to launch the product. Post-launch, the person will manage all aspects of the card, including profitability, segmentation, activation, and engagement. What you’ll do : Lead the development and launch of a new credit card product aligned with business goals and customer needs. Manage the product’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met. Develop strategies for customer acquisition, activation, and engagement to maximize card usage and lifetime value. Monitor KPIs such as acquisition, spend, retention, and risk metrics to optimize performance. Work with Marketing and EPD teams on campaigns and promotions to drive adoption. Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance, challenges, and opportunities. Foster a collaborative environment encouraging innovation, accountability, and cross-team communication throughout the product lifecycle. What you’ll need : 8-10 years of credit card experience, preferably with charge cards. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions. Ability to collaborate across functions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging all organizational levels. Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this role is listed below.
