Description: The Senior Operations Accountant is responsible for managing the Operations Accounting function of FCI. This position will ensure accurate costing of all FCI product, develop meaningful and actionable analysis for use by operations and leadership, drive improvements to the cost accounting and inventory management and reporting functions, efficiently and accurately close accounting periods through gross margin and develop strong relationships with operations, supply chain and manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Standard Costing – Manage the standard cost process, set and analyze labor and OH rates to ensure correct application. Develop a process to identify and analyze variances from standards and root cause. KPI Reporting – Work with Operations Leadership to determine relevant and impactful KPIs, develop efficient reporting that is easily interpreted and actionable. Labor Variance – Develop process to calculate, analyze and report on labor variances and root cause. Work with Operations team to minimize. Inventory Reporting & Reconciliation – Develop process to report on and reconcile inventory, identify variances from expectations and root causes. System Utilization – Analyze ERP system capabilities and recommend improvements to data accuracy and timeliness of availability. E&O Inventory – Own the E&O process and calculation. PPV – Monitor and analyze PPV, work with Supply Chain to minimize. Monthly Close – Own the monthly close process through Gross Margin, ensure that close is performed accurately and timely and that all components of COGS are analyzed and communicated. Leadership Reporting – Communicate financial results through Gross Margin, breaking down variances to root cause, business impact and future implications. Proactively identify financial concerns and propose mitigations. Cross-Functional Projects – Serve as Finance Lead on cross-functional projects as needed. Requirements:

Experience, Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Advanced Excel and Data Analytics skills Analytical and detailed oriented Efficient and well-organized with the ability to prioritize Confidentiality and integrity Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Motivated with a desire to learn
