Our warehouse plays a vital role in receiving, prepping, and shipping materials that meet high safety and quality standards. Position Overview
We're seeking a dependable, detail-focused Shipping & Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, physically active role that involves manual handling of steel and brass tubes -no forklift driving required. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting. Key Responsibilities
Receiving: Unload incoming shipments of dry pipe Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues Accurately verify and document received inventory Stage incoming product for internal processing Staging & Internal Handling: Manually move pipe to plating prep areas (crane available for heavier loads) Coordinate material flow with production team Shipping: Tag, wrap, and load finished pipe for outbound delivery Ensure packing slips and shipping records are accurate and complete Communicate with logistics partners as needed Inventory & Organization: Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking Maintain clean, organized storage areas for raw and finished goods Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and PPE guidelines Report hazards, spills, or unsafe behavior to supervisor immediately Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on feet for full shifts Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and verify packing slips Comfortable with manual labor and teamwork in a fast-paced setting Basic computer or inventory system familiarity Oilfield industry experience a plus Note: This is a non-forklift role-product is moved manually or with overhead cranes.
