Community Development Corp (SCDC) seeks a Business Development Manager to join our mission in a true partner-like capacity. We are transforming real estate by enabling families to own Class-A multifamily properties, building passive income and wealth. This is not a traditional sales role. Your mission is to spark curiosity and invite interested individuals to a one-hour investor presentation. Our senior team manages the rest. This partnership is 100% commission-based (W-2) for proven connectors and self-starters. The demands are high, but the rewards are significant and uncapped. The Rewards
Direct 6-Figure+ Income:
Earn commissions averaging $1,000–$5,000 per investor-purchaser who deposits after your referral. Top performers earn well into six figures annually. Back-End Commissions:
Earn substantial commissions on the entire sales portfolio, paid as projects close, building long-term wealth. Path to Leadership:
