Systems Operations Manager
will lead all aspects of high-speed rail systems integration and operation for the Brightline West project connecting Las Vegas, NV to the Los Angeles Basin. Responsibilities include defining operational requirements, developing operational frameworks, leading systems integration, ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key duties involve managing system operation scenarios, developing training and maintenance plans, supporting ETCS Level 2 implementation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires extensive project management and leadership experience in high-speed rail systems, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and environmental adaptation. Qualifications include 10+ years in high-speed rail operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees preferred), knowledge of ETCS, PTC, or CBTC, and experience with system integration and lifecycle management. Preferred candidates will have experience with greenfield high-speed rail projects, bilingual abilities, and expertise in operational management and digital rail services. This position is based in Las Vegas, NV, offering benefits such as PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, with a salary range of $146,400 - $198,000 plus a 15% incentive.
