As Consumer Insights Senior Manager for ARPG games, you will join a team dedicated to understanding our players—their motivations and behavioral changes alongside market trends. You will collaborate closely with studios, brand, marketing teams, and fellow researchers and analysts. We seek a thought-leader and relationship-builder who can understand our partners' context and industry trends to create impactful research roadmaps and insights for our games, live services, and communications. You will work with: Our Consumer Insights team — a collaborative group with diverse skills. EA's studios and brand leadership — partnering to inform strategies from concept to launch and live services. Other analytics & research teams — drawing from telemetry analytics, user experience research, social listening, etc. In a typical week, you might: Design and conduct qualitative or quantitative research, engaging with players about their gaming experiences and expectations. Formulate hypotheses, analyze data, and craft insight-led stories to guide product and marketing decisions. Collaborate with leadership to workshop product strategies, champion your studio's brand, and identify your games' place in EA's portfolio. Skills required include: 8+ years in Consumer Insights, Market Research, or related fields, with knowledge of research methodologies. Market knowledge in gaming & ARPG sectors, staying current with industry trends. Ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen. Creative, resourceful approach to research, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced cycles. Ability to travel internationally. Compensation & Benefits In California, pay ranges from $150,100 to $228,000 USD, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), and potential bonuses or equity.
