Job overview: We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Associate to join our team and cultivate relationships with ultra high net worth individuals (UHNW) and the intermediaries / influencers who work with them, focused on the Los Angeles market. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for health and wellness, an understanding of luxury brands and luxury consumers, and a strong network in the Southern California region. With a demonstrated history of sales success, you will be responsible for identifying potential clientele and relevant intermediaries for our five-star concierge medical practice and establishing a sustainable pipeline of prospects. What will you be doing in this role? Network with a variety of service and luxury providers who align with Private Medical's values and support our community. These include wealth advisors, business management, sports agents, legal and tax advisors, social clubs, and other centers of influence that have established trust within our community. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships. Achieve the expectation of strong pipeline development with a focus on achieving weekly, quarterly, and annual targets. Understand the demographics and psychographics of our target audience. Conduct market research and analysis to identify qualified prospects within each market. Research organizations, identify points of contact, and develop programs that foster ongoing referrals. Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and referral trends, with the ability to recognize and seize opportunities quickly. Continuously gather feedback and communicate insights and opportunities to the team. Work independently and collaboratively with team members in a productive manner. Plan, organize, execute, and attend Private Medical hosted events alongside our referral partners and doctors, always keeping our brand and identity in focus. About you: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: a minimum of four (4) years of sales experience, ideally in the UHNW sector in the Los Angeles market. Skills and characteristics: A passion for health and wellness. Familiarity with luxury brands, service providers, and UHNW consumers. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales. A self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative. Expertise and strong record of embracing Salesforce (or other CRM) tracking follow-through. Ability to establish trust quickly with senior and executive-level service providers and build productive business relationships. Excellent storytelling and communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Exceptional relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Ability to develop and nurture key relationships. Foundational understanding of clinical medicine and finance terminology. A passion for representing a premium brand within the concierge medicine and UHNW community, working closely with other elite service providers supporting our members. Whats in it for you?
