Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in marketing analytics using statistical techniques (e.g., significance testing). Experience with systems like BigQuery. Experience collaborating with stakeholders and managing research and measurement agencies. Preferred qualifications:

10 years of experience identifying data sets, analysis, and solutions to address stakeholder questions. Experience with R or Python for statistical analysis and data visualization. Experience with digital and traditional media analytics (e.g., email, social, brand, performance marketing). Ability to translate measurement outputs into marketing optimization recommendations. Knowledge of data mining, querying data sets, connecting multiple data sources, building dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Looker, Tableau), and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis). Ability to communicate data stories effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. About The Job As the Group Measurement and Analytics Lead, you will lead data and insights initiatives to enable marketers in developing valuable global and regional marketing programs for Gemini App. You will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team responsible for establishing Gemini as a leader in generative AI. You will own the measurement and analytics strategy and execution, working closely with marketers, product managers, engineers, and analysts to generate insights that inform valuable programs. Your responsibilities include overseeing audience segmentation, campaign measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives, defining key metrics and methodologies, analyzing data, and performing statistical analyses. You will collaborate with the Gemini App Marketing team, Data Science team, and Growth Marketing team to define problems, acquire data, build models, and communicate insights into actionable recommendations. You will also partner with the Strategy and Operations team for strategic planning and reporting. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can provide specific salary details for your location. Define and execute measurement and analytics strategy for Gemini App Marketing, including reporting needs, learning agendas, and methodology oversight. Perform analytics to identify trends and marketing opportunities, and develop tools for ongoing analysis and trendspotting. Measure and quantify marketing campaign impact on business and marketing goals, improving impact measurement methodologies. Manage relationships with Product and Marketing stakeholders and deliver insights and recommendations to meet strategic goals.
