We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our intrapreneurial team. You will help lead our Emerging Experiences team, focusing on enabling Intuit to adopt emerging technologies to drive a step-change in product velocity. You will have end-to-end responsibilities from spearheading to launching next-gen customer experiences for our flagship products using cutting-edge tech. This is a unique opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, and analysts incubating innovative experiences for Intuit. What you'll bring BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field At least 6 years of professional software experience Strong skills in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar Experience developing web, software, or mobile applications with modern stacks, API design, microservices, cloud, resilience, and operational requirements Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (k8s), front-end frameworks (React), and AI tools (Jupyter, Pytorch) is a plus Knowledge of AI and GenAI technologies like LLMs, RAG is a plus Experience with AI voice and real-time avatar tech is a plus Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to mentor developers and share knowledge Experience with Agile methodologies Proactive attitude toward exploring new technologies and problem-solving Interest or experience in FinTech or personal finance solutions is a plus Experience building web services and databases (SQL, NoSQL) is highly desired How you will lead Design, code, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver quality products Participate in technology experimentation and evaluate emerging tech Support end-to-end solutions balancing technical and business needs Engage in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions Promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment Share expertise through tech talks, code reviews, and documentation Act as a role model for high standards in engineering Seniority level
