Responsibilities: Combine high-level strategy with hands-on execution as an individual contributor. Take ownership of the portfolio which includes defining and delivering a product vision that drives customer retention, expands market share, and accelerates revenue growth. Define and share a clear, actionable roadmap aligned with company objectives, customer priorities, and evolving market dynamics. Prepare detailed product requirements, conduct customer interviews, manage backlogs, triage bugs, and continuous discovery. Improve product quality and features to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, leveraging customer feedback and usage data. Lead hardware and software vendor relationships, including contract and pricing negotiations, ensuring cost efficiency and value creation. Define and implement pricing strategies that align with business goals, market positioning, and revenue targets. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies for new features, products, and updates. Work cross functionally with engineering and other product teams to bring ideas to life through agile, iterative development. Build business cases, track key metrics, and use data insights to inform prioritization and decision-making. Make high-judgment trade-offs between competing priorities, balancing feature richness, delivery speed, and technical constraints. Guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Present product strategies, roadmaps, and findings to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, and advocate for the needs of the portfolio. Increase customer retention and satisfaction through improved product quality and user experience. Deliver new, market-leading features and offerings that drive revenue growth and expand adoption. Streamline the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic priorities. Skills and Experience: Minimum 8 years of product management experience, with 5+ years focused on UCaaS. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and pricing strategies Strong understanding of UCaaS technologies including voice, video, and messaging Knowledge of networking and QoS, including SBC, traffic shaping, and NAT traversal techniques Experience with cloud communications and infrastructure including multi-tenant architecture, WebRTC, and HA Understanding of security and compliance, including SIP flooding, toll fraud, and TLS/SRTP Familiarity with contact center and advanced UC capabilities; omnichannel, ACD, call queues, and IVR Competency in VoIP and telephony fundamentals such as SIP, RTP, codec selection, call routing, dial plans, PBX, and STIR/SHAKEN Experience developing product requirements, managing backlogs, and shipping software within an Agile environment Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide decisions and measure product outcomes Seniority level
