Job Summary: Amplitude is the leading digital analytics platform that helps companies unlock the power of their products. As a Senior Product Manager in our Session Replay team, you will build and ship awesome features, delight customers, and craft winning strategies to shape the future of Session Replay at Amplitude. Responsibilities: • Discover customer insights, define the strategy, and build a roadmap for key aspects of session replay • Own and drive key product metrics for your area, connecting the team’s bets to business outcomes • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and key initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales and services teams to assist with complex customer engagements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to gather customer insights, define product strategy, and prioritize the product roadmap. Qualifications: Required: • You have a track record of execution and shipping products - balancing fast delivery with quality & learning • You bring a strong product sense - you can operate within ambiguous and large problem spaces to build winning products • You care deeply about customer success and solving interesting technology problems. • You are a strong communicator who can drive alignment both with technical and non-technical audiences • Comfort with ambiguity and change at a fast pace — as a newer product, what we plan today could change tomorrow • Set ambitious goals and consistently achieve them through a clear strategy, disciplined execution and strong collaboration Company: Amplitude is a product intelligence platform that provides digital product tools that help teams run and grow their businesses.
