Product Manager - SEO (Content)
role at
AXS AXS is looking for a skilled SEO Product Manager to own the development and performance of our SEO content ecosystem. This role will focus heavily on content optimization and content strategy. You will lead our organic content roadmap and optimize landing pages for artists, venues, events, and more while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Client Services to grow our visibility in search in the US and internationally. You’ll review SEO content developed by our agency partners, manage content workflows, help our international partners level up their strategy, and keep things updated and fresh in our internal CMS. You will also be assisting the Sr. SEO Product Manager with the development and execution of AXS’s content strategy and drive incremental traffic and support digital media growth initiatives. You will work closely with our SEO agency and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new opportunities and existing enhancements and create new components, templates, and experiences to drive the growth of Non-Branded SEO traffic through content on our site. Responsibilities include reviewing SEO content created by agency partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand, tone, and search intent; partnering with UK-based and other international stakeholders to guide and support local SEO content strategy; maintaining a feedback loop between performance data and content strategy; collaborating with SEO and content agencies to manage editorial calendars and project timelines; managing relationships with Account Managers for feedback and approvals on content drafts; specifying landing page experiences and capabilities that feature content, keywords, and internal links to drive improvements in quality and relevance; approving and publishing finalized content in the CMS; analyzing and interpreting organic traffic data to identify trends and insights to inform business decisions. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, experience in content marketing, SEO, and digital content production, strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices, experience working with engineering, UX and Product teams, prior work in a global marketing environment and familiarity with International SEO strategies, knowledge of JIRA and agile methodologies, experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and Contentful, experience with large-scale marketplace SEO preferred, familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, excellent communication skills, experience managing agency relationships, and ability to stay organized in a demanding environment.
