WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a
Senior Manager ,
Enrollment Operations , you will help our enrollment organization run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining our high standards for quality as we focus on increasing our impact on patients nationwide. The Enrollment team is the first line of outreach to patients; we introduce them to our team and services and begin to build a trusting relationship that is the foundation of our care delivery model. The success of Thyme Care's work hinges on our ability to successfully reach and enroll patients. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Operations, you will support critical areas of our Enrollment organization, including performance analytics, reporting, and monitoring and improving operational workflows. You will collaborate closely with enrollment leadership to ensure the team has the right data and tools to succeed. You will understand our enrollment workflows in detail and identify opportunities to increase team productivity and efficiency. Performance Analytics & Reporting Provide actionable summaries and reports of individual and team performance to Enrollment Team Leads to improve productivity and coaching opportunities. Analyze weekly performance data to identify trends and provide summaries for the enrollment team and leadership. Maintain and improve staffing tools to allocate resources strategically and predictably. Conduct monthly audits to ensure scorecard accuracy, surfacing bugs or improvement opportunities with cross-functional stakeholders. Develop expertise in Enrollment dashboards to provide oversight and ad-hoc data queries for Team Leads. Operational Workflows & Product Support Monitor enrollment success metrics and propose solutions to resolve issues proactively. Support internal product bug investigations, identify workarounds, and brainstorm solutions. Learning & Innovation Support the design and rollout of new enrollment testing and pilots, analyzing data and providing real-time support to teams. WHAT YOU'VE DONE 5–8 years of relevant experience
in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or similar analytical roles. Proven success in Business Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting. Experience in startup environments and navigating fast-paced, changing settings. WHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS You are data-savvy and analytical . You love working with data and can extract insights into compelling narratives.
