Open to relocation assistance for the right candidate Job Description: We're seeking a print designer who can transform trends, concepts, and licensed assets into elevated prints. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with fresh creative approaches, translating briefs into bar-raising artwork that delights customers and drives business growth. Key Job Responsibilities Research and analyze seasonal trends, color schemes, and patterns to develop artwork. Produce trend and mood boards and present ideas to cross-functional teams. Utilize archived or purchased prints, or create original designs using various techniques. Design repeat and engineered patterns tailored to specific products and fabrics. Modify prints for different materials and product applications across various categories. Generate colorway variations based on seasonal palettes and brand guidelines. Support Print Manager to archive and input approved artworks into our PLM system. Partner with product designers, developers, and licensors to ensure designs meet technical requirements and brand guidelines. Support Print Manager with artwork assortment, deck creation, product mock-ups. Work closely with print technician to facilitate production and ensure quality control. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of design experience Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban) Experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS Preferred Qualifications: Experience with e-commerce, search, social media platforms, and other major application types along with their UX patterns Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touchpoints on different platforms and devices Seniority level
