Caesars Entertainment . Job Description GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The primary duty is to design AV systems for all Caesars enterprise projects. This person will lead the technology aspects of AV, including product selection, programming, control, and backend management of all AV systems, both new and existing. They will supervise the entire team, guiding installation and post-installation support, and engage with property operations to create cost-effective solutions that meet the standards set by the Director of Guest Technology. Candidates should ideally be located in Las Vegas, NV, Reno, NV, or Atlantic City, NJ. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Gain extensive knowledge of the physical building and establish positive relationships with stakeholders. Program complex AV systems. Design and build complete AV systems. Understand the differences in AV technologies used across properties. Support with a positive attitude, demonstrating knowledge, coordination, and adaptability to ensure quick responses and efficient goal achievement. Develop excellent relationships with department leaders. Work variable schedules depending on project requirements. Perform technical support duties as needed, including hardware changes and software upgrades. Support other properties outside the area as needed, remotely. Must be able to acquire a gaming license and access sensitive areas of the property. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Approachable, professional, and helpful demeanor. Efficient problem-solving skills, quick response times, and up-to-date technical knowledge are essential. Education and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in complex AV system design and programming. Certifications are a plus. At least 5 years creating AV designs and programming Crestron Systems. License:

Ability to acquire a gaming license. About Us:
