Proficiency in Mandarin is required as the successful candidate will communicate with business partners in China. Job Responsibilities:
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-state distribution. Experience in grocery retail, wholesale distribution, or a similar operational environment is highly desirable. Proven expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, including logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation. Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing warehouse management systems (WMS), routing and dispatch technologies, and logistics automation tools.
