Position Summary The Senior Data Scientist designs, develops, and implements advanced data science models for key business use cases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they identify opportunities where data science can add value, applying AI techniques to large datasets to generate insights and develop scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Execute advanced analytics with scalable, reusable code and models to solve business problems. Collaborate with Lead & Principal Data Scientists to generate and test hypotheses aligned with priority use cases. Follow analytics standards, tailoring methodologies to specific needs (e.g., ML, AI, descriptive analytics). Define data needs, evaluate data quality, and manipulate data in a 'Big Data' environment. Support building predictive models to identify opportunities and support Business Units. Create visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Work with Data and Solution Architecture teams to implement data pipelines and tools. Assist in building enterprise-wide data assets to accelerate new use case delivery and train machine learning models. Foster an environment of respect and authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in complex algorithms and analytics methodologies across multiple platforms, including Google Cloud Platform. Strong understanding of statistical methods such as regression, clustering, predictive modeling, time-series analysis, and machine learning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information to stakeholders. Leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and levels. Creative, strategic, and experimental thinking with emerging technologies. Who You Are Fluent in complex algorithms and analytics methodologies, experienced with Google Cloud Platform. Experienced in collaborating with business functions to deliver decision-support solutions. Knowledgeable in core analytical and statistical methods. Excellent communicator, able to interpret and present technical and business documents clearly. Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Creative, strategic, and technical thinker.
