Highlights: Permanent job opportunity Great remuneration and benefits Great career progression Proven track record in leading the marketing and scaling of a OTA platform will be major advantage Location: Central Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and execute the marketing roadmap in alignment with overall business goals and regional expansion strategies. Translate complex business objectives into actionable, measurable marketing initiatives. Build and lead a regional marketing team, collaborating with local market experts across SEA, Greater China, Japan, Korea, and Oceania. Performance & Growth Marketing Drive user acquisition across paid channels (Google, Meta, programmatic), SEO/SEM, content, affiliates, and strategic partnerships. Optimize marketing funnel performance, CAC/LTV ratios, and ROAS across diverse markets and languages. Brand & Communications Develop a compelling, APAC-specific brand identity and positioning. Lead PR activities, brand campaigns, and influencer strategies with a deep understanding of regional cultural nuances. Drive co-branded initiatives with hospitality and tourism partners. Retention, CRM & Loyalty Market and scale an online membership platform. Implement localized, data-driven retention strategies via email, app push notifications, and SMS. Analytics & Insights Build a performance dashboard to track KPIs across the customer journey. Apply A/B testing, customer segmentation, and analytics to inform and optimize decision-making. Qualifications: With 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role in the travel-tech, OTA, or digital platform space. Strong understanding of the APAC consumer landscape and digital ecosystem. Demonstrated success in scaling a regional marketing operation across multiple languages and markets. Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, CRM tools, and performance analytics. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures.
