USD $103,970 - $163,380 Job Responsibilities
Oversee all material handling and movements within the site, including inbound and outbound material flow. Ensure timely flow of materials and purchased parts, managing receiving, kitting, cycle counting, put away, shipping, and outside processing. Maintain inventory accuracy, complete kitting and cycle counts, and monitor KPIs related to shipping, receiving, and turnaround times. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Provide leadership to Supervisors and employees across functional areas. Develop and document work procedures, prepare work schedules, and ensure adequate staffing. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies and regulations. Develop plans to reduce freight costs and improve supply chain performance. Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as necessary. Lead projects to improve logistics processes, stockroom accuracy, and manufacturing support. Serve as a member of the site leadership team. Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (+4 years without degree). Experience:
10+ years in warehouse/shipping/receiving operations, 5+ years in managerial roles. Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office, expert knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, Lean Six Sigma, manufacturing processes, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additional Preferences Supply chain degree, APICS certification, ERP system experience, and demonstrated financial improvement projects are preferred.
