Job Summary: Tential Solutions is a $5.3B AUM investment firm headquartered in Arlington, VA, seeking a Data Analyst to join their collaborative data team. The role involves delivering internal analytics and insights to key business users, requiring hands-on work in data modeling, dashboard development, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities: • Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards using DAX and Power BI • Interpret needs of business users and translate into data solutions • Manage data pipelines from SQL Server and external APIs • Provide light DBA support with understanding of storage engines Qualifications: Required: • 2–4 years of professional experience • Proficiency in DAX, Power BI, and SQL Server • Understanding of database structures, data logic, and data integration • Strong analytical thinking, data modeling, and communication skills • Comfortable in small team environments and working across functions Preferred: • Familiarity with ETL workflows and APIs • Exposure to the asset management or financial services industry Company: We put people first.
