Senior FP&A Analyst
to join our growing team and help support data-driven decision-making and strategic financial planning.
Job Summary
As a
Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership with insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in a mission-driven healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Analyze financial performance and prepare monthly and quarterly variance reports Collaborate with department and facility leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive revenue growth Deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations Monitor key healthcare metrics including census, labor costs, and reimbursement trends Conduct scenario modeling and ROI analysis for new initiatives Support the annual budget process, coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA ) 4-6 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience; healthcare industry experience highly Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex financial modeling) Experience with financial planning tools and BI platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau) Strong understanding of financial statements and healthcare financial metrics Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and present insights to cross-functional teams
