Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for home improvement and growth.
In this role, you will help grow our team and develop individuals to assist homeowners in transforming their properties, aligned with our company values and structure.
You will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations and closing sales for exterior home improvement products, including roofing, siding, windows, and doors. You will work directly with homeowners, understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions to enhance their homes' beauty, efficiency, and value.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess their needs.
Present and explain product features, benefits, and warranties clearly and persuasively.
Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive proposals and contracts.
Negotiate effectively and close sales.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Train and grow field representatives to replicate success.
Contribute to shaping the sales department.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (2+ years), with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related fields. Management experience is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
Proficiency with sales tools related to the role.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of exterior home products (roofing, siding, windows, doors).
