Lead end-to-end design of new products for successful market launch. Develop architectural options to meet market needs. Create prototypes across hardware, firmware, and software. Ensure electronic packaging aligns with mechanical design. Diagnose hardware/software issues through lab testing. Conduct functional testing to meet specifications and certifications. Support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives. Address customer quality issues promptly. Lead project teams and collaborate with international engineering resources. Prepare technical documentation including schematics, drawings, and test procedures. Coordinate with operations, quality, and purchasing teams. Essential Skills
Digital and analog circuit design. Embedded systems design. PCB design proficiency and experience with design software. Experience with embedded systems, microprocessors, RAM, EEPROM. Skills in analog/digital circuit design and signal conversion. Proficiency in Altium or equivalent PCB design tools. Embedded software architecture expertise. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (Master's preferred). 3-5 years relevant experience. Effective collaboration skills within and across teams. This is a fully onsite role located in VERNON, CA, with an application deadline of Aug 22, 2025.
