About Our Construction Delay Team Our team has decades of experience as engineers, project managers, architects, schedulers, and accountants, specializing in delay analysis for major projects globally. We are recognized as Who's Who Legal's Construction Expert Witness Firm of the Year for 2023. Responsibilities Research and fact-finding, reviewing technical and non-technical documentation to develop expert reports. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and anomalies related to delays and cost overruns. Quantify delays and damages, assisting in drafting reports for court submissions. Perform economic modeling to assess financial impacts of delays. Manage small to medium engagements, supervise staff, and develop work plans. Participate in business development, including proposals and client presentations. Assist in case strategy to guide litigation or arbitration approaches. Qualifications Bachelor’s in construction, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred. 4-8 years of relevant experience in construction project management, scheduling, or cost controls. Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, Suretrak. Experience with construction claims, disputes, and delay analysis techniques. Ability to travel as needed (generally under 25%). Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
