with nearly 30 years of experience in fast-track commercial and government construction is seeking a skilled
Construction Superintendent
to join their West Coast field operations team. With a focus on
Department of Defense
projects and large-scale public-sector work, this firm has a strong presence across Southern California and beyond. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals Coordinate with project managers, clients, engineers, and inspectors Conduct daily reports, schedule updates, and ensure progress milestones are met Lead OAC meetings, inspections, and manage field issue resolution Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on mid- to large-scale construction projects 4+ years of prior trade or fieldwork in construction Background in military, federal, or fast-paced commercial construction preferred High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or construction software (Primavera, Viewpoint, BIM, etc.) is a plus Current or obtainable certifications:
OSHA 30 ,
EM 385 ,
STS ,
CPR/First Aid Spanish-English bilingual and LEED credentials are a plus
