The Medical Physicist, in collaboration with other members of the medical team, has primary responsibility for the technical aspects of clinical treatment provided through the radiation therapy department. The role involves collaboration with Medical Staff in developing treatment plans, clinical documentation, and reviewing outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in Medical Physics Board Certification/Eligibility in Therapeutic Medical Physics Meet university criteria for appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor Minimum of five years of experience in Medical Physics Completion of CAMPEP Residency Program Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of seven years of direct experience in Therapeutic Medical Physics This position may be subject to a Level 1 or Level 2 criminal background check.
