Collaborates with the clinical team and pain management team to evaluate and improve treatment approaches. Completes reimbursable documentation according to Worker's Compensation requirements. Requires California licensure, bilingual in Spanish, and experience with chronic pain, trauma, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness interventions. Provides evidence-based clinical care, documents in EMR, and adheres to legal and ethical standards. Offers a flexible work schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and a supportive environment.
