The North American PAC Commercial Director is pivotal in promoting the Triumph lifestyle through the Parts, Accessory and Clothing product lines.A successful person inspires, motivates and ultimately executes strategic sales and marketing results for these product categories both within the organization and across the dealer network. This will be accomplished by working across all areas of the organization (National Sales, Sales and Regional managers, marketing, distribution, customer service) and the dealer network to substantially grow a multi-million-dollar a-year parts, accessory and clothing business. The current strategic priorities identified for this position are creating awareness, the successful launch of industry leading dealer and customer programs through alignment with the Triumph Global Team and direction. Generating Demand, Driving Retail Sales, Optimizing Wholesales, and Engaging Dealer Stakeholders to ensure the overall business achieves its commercial objectives. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Business Management Deliverables Develop/Refine/Implement Triumph Parts, Accessory and Clothing Strategic and Tactical Business Plan supported by a monthly Activity Road map and calendar Develop a strong relationship and work in sync with the Triumph Global PAC team while fully supporting all Global Programs and efforts Develop/Monitor/Beat Yearly Budget for Triumph Parts, Accessory and Clothing Department Develop/Lead/Champion Vision to Team Members and Stakeholders Product Benchmarking/Competitive Analysis/Consumer Trend Monitoring to Inform Product Management Team and Business on Product Strategy Needed to Achieve Targets Develop and deploy monthly PAC commercial activities Develop key Dealer and Sales Team targets and reporting Expand Triumph’s Off-Road PAC Dealer programs and awareness Strong communication and program to support the Triumph Sales Team and Dealers Develop an annual PAC Key Actions Calendar to support the Triumph Sales Team and Dealers Develop an annual Triumph PAC Champion Develop Buy Recommendations for Product Inventory Needed to Achieve Targets Expand Triumph’s Off Road E.P.I.C. dealer support and penetration Marketing Deliverables In conjunction with the Marketing Director Develop/Implement Monthly Consumer and Dealer Facing Initiatives and Messaging In conjunction with the Marketing Director Develop/Implement Dealership Social and email communication Sales Deliverables Observe/Identify Opportunities/Share Best Practices Across the Dealer Network to Drive Increased Parts, Accessory and Clothing Revenue Identify/Implement Best Practice Across Triumph Ecommerce Platform to Drive Increased Parts, Accessories and Clothing Revenue Identify/Implement Best Practice Across Triumph Field Staff to Drive Increased Parts, Accessories and Clothing Revenue KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge:

Direct motorcycle/power sports market sales history along with a strong understanding of market conditions preferred OEM Field Sales management and plus Dealership experience a plus Skills: Must hold a valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsements Strong communication (verbal and written) as well as documentation skills Possess strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills Abilities:

Strong goal-oriented work ethic support by passion for the motorcycle industry Ability to manage relationships across a large diverse stakeholder network Highly organized and deadline oriented with an ability to prioritize Ability to multitask in a team-oriented environment and think outside of the box RELATIONSHIPS Internal:

Work closely and in sync with the East and West Sales Teams monthly Work closely and in synch with the After Sales Department External:

Develop and foster positive relationships with dealer partners, business partners, and stakeholders AUTHORITY This position has the authority to take disciplinary action on its subordinates including hiring/firing after consultation with General Manager and Human Resources. Authority to work independently and according to the scope of the role. Complex and financial decisions are limited by a consult and approval of General Manager Has spending authority per budget and DOA guidelines EDUCATION Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree At least 5 years’ experience operating within a high-performance retail/wholesale environment, preferably in the transportation industry and with knowledge of the dealer business model. (Motorcycle Industry experience a plus) TRAINING Triumph Academy Training provided PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB 40% travel to dealers, and a variety of customer and industry related events, both domestically and internationally. Sitting, standing, bending Some lifting may be required, up to 70lbs Additional Information: The position reports to the General Manager of Triumph Motorcycles America, and there is 1 Atlanta based individual directly reporting to this position (PAC Commercial Sales Lead). Will work closely with 14 field operations staff, 10 After Sales staff in a matrix environment that are responsible for dealer facing sales initiatives and 5 marketing staff in a matrix environment that will shoulder some of the responsibility for marketing plan execution.
