The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to build and optimize high-performance websites and native apps that enhance user experiences and drive online sales. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system changes, monitor performance, and execute enhancements to increase purchase conversion rates. Responsibilities : Build, optimize, and maintain responsive websites and native apps for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix and Hard Rock Stadium properties using modern frontend and backend technologies. Continuously monitor site performance, identify issues, and lead the execution of UX / UI development. Optimize websites (desktop and mobile) for conversion rate improvements through A / B testing and data-driven design decisions. Lead the development team in adopting best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions that enhance the digital experience. Implement new system changes, such as integrating digital tools, ecommerce solutions, enhancing system connectivity and automation with APIs, and joining system tools like CRM and ESP to the front-end environment. Qualifications : Required : Minimum of 7 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development with a focus on eCommerce and digital product optimization. Experience working closely with designers to bring wireframes and prototypes to life Strong experience with REST APIs and server-side API integration Proficient in connecting, manipulating, and securely storing data Deep knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure Skilled in optimizing web performance Knowledge of secure development practices for data storage and transfer Proficient in MVC (Model-View-Controller) and MVT (Model-View-Template) design patterns. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance and maintainability. Proven experience in optimizing web performance, SEO, and mobile-first design. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead and mentor junior developers while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. A strategic thinker who is proactive in identifying opportunities for system improvements and digital innovation. Experience in optimizing eCommerce platforms to drive purchase conversion and user engagement. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies for efficient project delivery. Experience working closely with UX / UI designers to bring wireframes and prototypes to life.
